We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to step into a key role supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a manufacturing on a contract basis. This individual will work closely with leadership and take ownership of core accounting functions across AP, AR, payroll, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll for a small real estate partnership
- Handle pass-through invoicing for a partnership with multiple properties
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Track and reconcile credit card expenses
- Enter AP and AR transactions accurately into the system
- Provide sales tax support related to retail sales activity
- Prepare monthly royalty reporting for licensed products
- Work with Excel exports from QuickBooks for reporting and analysis
- Build and maintain formula-driven spreadsheets
- Utilize pivot tables and reporting within QuickBooks
