Property Accountant – Hybrid / Boston, MA
Our client, a real estate developer, operator and investment manager, is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team! This position can be either remote or onsite, depending on candidate location and preference. The Property Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliations
- Understand and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage, analyze and audit general ledger
- Prepare and record journal entries as needed
- Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of property accounting experience
- Experience using Yardi Voyager
