Compensation Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Waltham, MA (3 days a week)
Overview:
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst for a 3+ month contract role with the possibility of extension. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment and gain experience in the financial services industry. The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week onsite in Waltham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and verify data across various software and systems.
- Review and correct advisor payout and revenue data.
- Perform data testing and adjustments as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in financial services or internships with financial firms is a plus.
