Part Time Financial Coordinator – Cambridge, MA

Our client, a professional services organization in the education space, is seeking a Part Time Financial Coordinator to support everyday financial processing, budgeting, and reporting activities. This role helps keep financial data accurate, organized, and useful for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

    • Handle routine financial processing, including expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
    • Support budget preparation, updates, and basic month-end activities
    • Maintain financial data and reporting tools, producing regular summaries
    • Review transactions for accuracy and policy compliance
    • Assist with account reconciliations and simple financial analyses

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
    • 2+ years of financial or accounting experience
    • Familiarity with cloud-based databases or workflow tools (e.g., Airtable or similar) preferred
