- Address employee questions related to internal ethics and compliance policies
- Support operational, system, and data components of the ethics program and help identify process improvements
- Partner with compliance teams across regions to ensure alignment on procedures and controls
- Assist with regulatory training, documentation updates, and adherence to internal guidelines
- Provide support during regulatory reviews or examinations as needed
- Serve as an escalation point for offshore team members and maintain updated procedures
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of experience in financial services operations, compliance, regulatory, or business controls
- Experience with Code of Ethics programs strongly preferred
- Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, GenAI, or other automation tools preferred
