- Coordinate the tracking of equipment orders, deliveries, and onsite placement
- Assist with organizing shipping, receiving, and related logistics
- Work with internal teams to ensure equipment is scheduled, set up, and positioned appropriately
- Serve as a point of contact between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operations teams
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in procurement, operations, logistics, or administrative support
