We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Medical Biller to manage the full insurance authorization process and support medical billing operations using Epic. This role is responsible for verifying insurance eligibility, obtaining prior authorizations, submitting and tracking claims, and resolving denials to ensure timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations for services.

Submit required documentation and track authorization status.

Enter and maintain accurate patient and billing information in Epic.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims.

Resolve claim rejections and assist with appeals.

Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and clinical staff as needed.
