Staff Accountant – Systems Implementation Support

Responsibilities
- Support accounting-related activities tied to a financial system implementation
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and validating financial data for migration into a new system
- Help map existing accounting workflows into the new system structure
- Perform reconciliations and reviews to ensure data accuracy post‑migration
- Participate in system testing and help identify configuration or data issues
- Coordinate with internal finance staff, IT, and the software implementation partner
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience supporting or participating in an accounting or ERP system implementation
- Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge or similar accounting systems preferred
- Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or fund accounting is a plus
