Responsibilities
- Support routine month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of standard accounting entries
- Maintain the accuracy of general ledger accounts and ensure transactions are recorded in line with internal guidelines
- Prepare and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations, researching and resolving variances as needed
- Assist with revenue-related accounting activities and internal reporting support
- Support fixed asset accounting, including tracking activity and assisting with depreciation processes
- Prepare and maintain accruals and prepaid balances, including monthly analysis and roll-forwards
- Provide support for indirect tax-related activities and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger and close activities
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, macros)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
