Accounting & Operations Assistant – Hybrid / Cambridge & Newton, MA
Responsibilities
- Support general accounting and operational processes, including data entry and record maintenance
- Assist with tracking and organizing approvals, documentation, and vendor-related information
- Maintain and update product or operational data within internal systems
- Help manage internal trackers and reports related to ongoing projects or initiatives
- Coordinate meetings and assist with preparation of materials and follow-up items
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as needed across the team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in accounting support, operations, or administrative roles
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems required; strong system aptitude considered
- Proficiency with Excel and basic data tracking/reporting
