Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day procurement activities for goods and services
- Review requisitions and support sourcing needs across departments
- Prepare and administer RFPs/RFQs using electronic procurement systems
- Support vendor evaluation and selection processes
- Perform basic cost, spend, and market analysis
- Assist with contract and purchase order administration
- Support process improvements and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with e‑procurement and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, or similar preferred)
