Business Analyst / Project Manager – Remote but must be local to Boston, MA
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.
- Partner with business and technology teams to support project delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive alignment, and communicate project updates.
- Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Support project planning, issue tracking, and risk management activities.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and executive-level communications.
- Assist with data validation and business process initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a hybrid BA/PM role.
- Experience within investment management, asset management, investment operations, or financial services.
- Experience with Aladdin, PAM, Wall Street Office (WSO), or similar investment platforms preferred.
