Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Assist with financial reporting, audits, and special projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting transactions and reporting.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and cash management required.
- ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
