Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account inquiries
- Support account opening, maintenance, and closing processes
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account activities
- Assist with client documentation, compliance requirements, and record maintenance
- Provide support for online banking platforms and related client requests
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate account and lending-related activities
- Prepare reports, client meeting materials, and administrative documentation
- Support operational processes, audits, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking or financial services experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
- Exposure to lending operations or private banking environments is a plus
