Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding account balances and payment status.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and document collection activity.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account-related issues.
- Coordinate payment arrangements and monitor payment progress.
- Record and maintain accurate payment and account information.
- Review account activity and assist with reconciliation of outstanding balances.
- Track collection efforts and prepare reports using spreadsheets and internal systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, accounting support, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience preferred.
