Part-Time Payroll Specialist – Remote but must be local to Northampton, MA
- Manage payroll processing from start to finish
- Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Process employee updates, adjustments, and variable compensation
- Support payroll across multiple states and varying pay schedules
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely processing
- Research and correct payroll-related issues
- Assist with basic accounting activities as needed
- Strong hands-on UKG Ready payroll experience required
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Experience independently managing payroll from start to finish
- Basic accounting experience is a plus
