Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding projects from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues impacting timelines.
- Review onboarding documentation and account setup activities for accuracy.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, workflows, and process documentation.
- Prioritize and oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in onboarding activities.
- Serve as an escalation point for onboarding-related questions and challenges.
- Partner with business development and client-facing teams on onboarding readiness and planning.
- Support process improvement initiatives, operational enhancements, and strategic projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of client onboarding, client service, investment operations, or related financial services experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with DealCloud or similar CRM platforms preferred.
