Property Accountant – Hybrid / Wakefield, MA
- Perform general accounting activities for assigned properties
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial information
- Maintain accurate property-level accounting records
- Assist with month-end accounting and reporting activities
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support additional accounting projects and team needs as required
- Property accounting experience within the real estate industry required
- Strong Yardi experience required
