Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract Data Entry Clerk for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:
- Enter and process employee timecard information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize Excel to allocate labor hours to specific projects for payroll and budget tracking purposes.
- Perform batch time entry and upload data into internal systems.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Support payroll operations through timekeeping-related data entry and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding timecard discrepancies or updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
