Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Contract to hire Fianacial Analyst for our client in the St.Louis Metro Area. This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $40-$45 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties:
- Perform financial analysis, including forecasting, cash flow, budget-to-actual variances, and revenue and expense trends
- Assist with budget preparation and adjustments and create financial reports and presentations for leadership
- Support finance operations across grants, revenue accounting, banking, cash management, fixed assets, P-Cards, and financial reporting
- Review financial processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Help develop, document, and monitor internal controls and finance procedures
- Maintain procedures and training materials and assist with cross-training across the Finance team
- Support ERP system improvements, process enhancements, and other finance initiatives
- Assist with grant monitoring, compliance reporting, and audit preparation
- Provide additional financial and operational support to the Director of Finance as needed
