Compensation Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (3 days/week onsite)
Our client, a leading financial services firm in Boston, is conducting a search for a Compensation Manager to support one of their global business sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing compensation strategies, financial planning, compensation modeling, and designing incentive and equity programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of experience in a compensation-focused role
- Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred
- Strong analytic skills, including strong experience with Excel and Power BI
