HR Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (4 days/week onsite)
A growing investment firm client is looking to hire a dynamic HR Manager to develop their people function to help the company scale. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the executive team to build out talent and performance management initiatives, compensation framework, recruiting strategy with target profiles, and general TA process, while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of well-rounded HR experience in a professional services environment
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a small, growing company preferred
