Contract Recruiter
Location: Somerville, MA (onsite 5 days/week)
Our client, a manufacturing client in Somerville, MA, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles. This will be a 2-3-month assignment to start, with potential to extend based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of reqs, including manufacturing and facilities positions
- Manage a high volume of job postings and candidate activity in ATS
- Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong preference for experience recruiting for manufacturing or facilities positions
- Track record of successfully managing multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment
- Greenhouse experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
