Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Hybrid in Burlington, MA (onsite 3 days/week)
An established client in Burlington, MA, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to support their TA team, offering a blend of recruiting support and running searches for entry-level roles. They are seeking a motivated, organized candidate with strong communication skills who can partner effectively with hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring support, including candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, preliminary screening conversations, and recommendations to hiring stakeholders across a variety of positions.
- Coordinate complex interview logistics and recruiting activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the selection process.
- Partner with TA leadership to drive university outreach efforts, participate in career events, and identify emerging early-career talent for internship and entry-level opportunities.
- Support workforce planning initiatives by administering internship hiring programs, maintaining recruiting data and job-related information, and facilitating internal mobility processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in talent acquisition
- Experience managing requisitions independently preferred
- Strong customer service & communication skills
