Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing organization that prioritizes a people-first approach to recruiting while continuing to scale hiring across multiple business lines. In this role, you will support a range of recruiting initiatives across campus, experienced hire, and recruiting operations, partnering closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to coordinate interviews and keep hiring processes running smoothly. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment and is eager to grow within recruiting or talent operations.   • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience, required.
  • Prior experience in a financial or professional services organization, preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across teams, candidates, and external partners.
  • Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools; experience with ATS platforms.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly in-office environment (initially 5 days/week, with some flexibility over time).

The base salary for this role is $80,000 – $100,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
