Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you will support a range of recruiting initiatives across campus, experienced hire, and recruiting operations, partnering closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to coordinate interviews and keep hiring processes running smoothly. • Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience, required.
• Prior experience in a financial or professional services organization, preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across teams, candidates, and external partners.
• Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools; experience with ATS platforms.
• Must be comfortable working in a highly in-office environment (initially 5 days/week, with some flexibility over time).

The base salary for this role is $80,000 – $100,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
