Our client, a highly regarded asset management firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its people team in New York City. This role will provide broad-based support across HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, employee communications, and recruiting and talent initiatives. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a collaborative, high-performing HR team within a professional financial services environment.   • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR administrator, or entry-level HR operations role, required.
  • Prior experience within financial services or professional services environments, required.
  • Exposure to payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems, required.
  • Professional communication style and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

The pay for this role is $80,000-$100,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
