Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join its team. This position will manage multi-location payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and employee data accuracy while supporting a collaborative, systems-oriented HR function. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 4+ years of experience in a payroll or benefits-focused role, required.
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, and basic labor laws.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple FEINs & State Withholding Accounts.
- Proven ability to reconcile benefit billing, audit quarterly and annual tax filings, and manage 401(k) administration.
- Collaborative, flexible, and people-focused approach with strong communication skills.
The salary for this position is $100,000-$110,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
