Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Temp HR Coordinator for a 5-6-month contract assignment with the potential to extend. This is an HR Operations-focused role requiring a polished, hands-on professional who can hit the ground running with minimal training. The ideal has experience within small companies, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings strong exposure to benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance-related processes. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of HR Coordinator experience, required.
- Small company experience, required.
- Strong HR Operations background with hands-on exposure to benefits and payroll.
- Comfortable working independently with limited training.
- Polished, professional demeanor; financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, and/or BambooHR.
The pay for this position is $30-$38/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
