Our client, a global private investment firm based in New York City, is seeking a People Operations Analyst to join its growing Human Resources team. This role will support a wide range of people operations initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including HR data and analytics, recruiting coordination, HR systems administration, benefits and payroll support, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of HR operations. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, required.
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics or HR operations within financial services, required.
- Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, and recruiting coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining HR data, generating reports, and supporting HR metrics and dashboards.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and global offices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000-$120,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
