Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking an HR Associate to join its HR team. This is a high-impact opportunity to own U.S. payroll and support HR operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution across the employee lifecycle.   • Bachelor’s degree, required.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations in a professional services environment, required.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, federal/state/city taxes, and multi-state payroll, required.
  • Experience with payroll audits, reporting, and internal controls, required.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
  • Previous exposure to scaling HR operations in a fast‑growing or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to take initiative in a lean, fast-paced environment.

The base salary for this role is $100,000-$110,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
