Our client, a leading insurance services organization, is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join their team. This is a high-impact opportunity to support a growing, client-facing business within a dynamic and collaborative HR function. The ideal candidate is a proactive, polished HR professional with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and broader HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, required.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role in a professional services environment, required.
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage a shared HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting HR programs such as engagement surveys, ERGs, training initiatives, and internal communications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and support reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach in a team-driven environment.
The salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 base.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
