Our client, a global technology company, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team for a long-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly visible, high-impact recruiting role supporting the growth of Product & Engineering functions within a fast-paced, innovative, and highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for complex technical openings across engineering and enterprise technology, while partnering closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to drive thoughtful, skills-based hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience recruiting for software engineering and other technical roles, building proactive talent strategies beyond LinkedIn sourcing alone, and partnering with hiring teams on market intelligence, talent density, and compensation insights.   • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience required, including both in-house and/or agency experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting within a global technology environment required.
  • Proven success recruiting for complex technical roles, including Software Engineers, Machine Learning/AI talent, TPMs, and Engineering Management.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load, including 15-20 open roles across varying levels of complexity and priority.
  • Experience working within highly regulated, data-sensitive, or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred; fintech, healthtech, aerospace, defense, or similar industries are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across highly matrixed teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy, pace, and candidate experience in a fast-moving environment.

The pay for this role is $50-$65/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
