Our client, a growing creative events and production firm, is seeking a Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts in New York City. This hybrid position will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, managing full-cycle recruiting activities across a variety of openings in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The individual will oversee candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and process management while helping drive an efficient and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in creative, production, agency, or project-based environments and thrive in a collaborative, hands-on role. • Bachelor’s degree, required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
• Experience managing candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer process support, required.
• Experience recruiting within creative, production, agency, media, or project-based environments, preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-growth environment, required.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership, required.
• Experience with JazzHR or similar Applicant Tracking Systems, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through, required.
• Ability to work a flexible hybrid schedule with onsite presence in New York City two days per week, required.

The pay for this role is $40-$50/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
