Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Human Capital team in New York City. This hybrid role will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across investment operations and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to attract and hire top talent. The position combines strategic sourcing, recruiting operations, candidate management, interview coordination, and process improvement within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive recruiting professional with experience in financial services or professional services environments who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on setting. • Bachelor’s degree, required.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
• Experience recruiting within PE environments, highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong attention to detail, required.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent channels, required.
• Workday Recruiting experience and strong applicant tracking system proficiency, preferred.
• Experience coordinating interviews, candidate travel, offer processes, and recruiting workflows, required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, required.
• Experience leveraging recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, required.
• Experience working in a lean, collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork are valued, preferred.

The salary for this role is $110K-$175K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
