Our client, a prominent global architecture and design firm, is seeking an Immigration & Mobility specialist to join its New York office. This position will serve as the firm’s subject matter expert for U.S. immigration and global mobility matters, supporting visa sponsorships, employment authorization, office transfers, and compliance initiatives across a diverse employee population. The role offers significant ownership and responsibility, partnering with employees, leadership, legal counsel, and recruiting teams while driving immigration processes and broader HR compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep immigration expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Bachelor’s degree, required.
• 3+ years of experience in immigration and mobility, required.
• Strong expertise managing employment-based visa sponsorships and permanent residence processes, required.
• Experience handling H-1B, PERM, green card sponsorship, I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and work authorization processes, required.
• Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders, required.
• Experience conducting audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and implementing process improvements, required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, required.
• Ability to work onsite in New York five days per week, required.

The salary for this role is $80K-$100K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
