Our client, a leading media and publishing organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support corporate functions hiring in a hybrid capacity. This recruiter will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders, managing full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through director-level positions. The role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where recruiters are expected to drive the hiring process, influence stakeholders, and adapt to evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate independently while balancing a high-touch search portfolio. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions including HR, legal, finance, strategy, investor relations, or related areas, required.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders, required.
- Ability to manage approximately 12-15 concurrent searches in a high-touch environment, required.
- Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment, required.
- Experience in mid-sized, fast-paced, creative industry, preferred.
- Experience recruiting for mid-level through director-level roles, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $50-56/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
