Our client, a prominent media organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions including strategy, human resources, legal, finance, and investor relations in a hybrid New York City-based role. This recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through director-level searches while partnering closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers. The role offers broad exposure across corporate teams in a highly collaborative environment and is expected to run through year-end with potential for extension. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting corporate functions in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and can independently drive complex searches. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
- Experience recruiting within creative organizations, including publishing, media, marketing, advertising, or similar industries, preferred.
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions including HR, legal, finance, strategy, or related business areas, required.
- Experience supporting director-level and mid-level hiring initiatives, required.
- Experience managing 12-15 concurrent searches in a high-volume environment, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $50-$56/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
