Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an HR Project Manager to join its team in New York City. This leadership role oversees a team supporting learning and development operations while driving process improvement, operational scalability, and the practical adoption of generative AI across enterprise learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading teams, implementing operational improvements, and leveraging AI-enabled solutions within complex organizations. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related field, required.
- Experience managing teams of 3+ employees, required.
- Experience designing and implementing process improvement initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments, required.
- Experience supporting enterprise learning, talent development, training, or related business functions, preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives, required.

The salary for this role is $140K-$190K.
