Our client, a leading global marketing and advertising company, is seeking an HR Generalist to join its New York City office. This role supports employees and managers across the U.S. and is responsible for a broad range of HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, compliance initiatives, HRIS updates, and people programs. This position will play a key role in onboarding, benefits administration, policy management, reporting, and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR operations within a fast-paced environment and be comfortable balancing transactional HR responsibilities with process improvement efforts. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, shared services, or generalist functions, required.
- Experience independently managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and HR documentation, required.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, required.
- Workday experience, preferred.
- ADP Workforce Now experience, preferred.
The salary for this role is $80K-$100K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
