Our client, an established professional services organization, is seeking a Recruiting and HR Coordinator to join its team in New York City. This role will coordinate full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple business entities while supporting onboarding, HR administration, employee programs, reporting, and other HR initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting and HR experience with hands-on exposure to applicant tracking systems and recruitment coordination. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, and administrative or operational support, required.
- Experience coordinating full-cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, background checks, and onboarding, required.
- Experience within a small professional services environment, preferred.
The salary for this role is $85K-$105K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
