We’re working with the New Jersey Office of a prestigious AmLaw Firm to find a Litigation Paralegal. This is a highly visible role for a small team with a niche focus operating on a 3/2 hybrid schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience at either a mid-sized or large law firm
- Cite-check and Bluebook experience
- Working with attorneys on complex defense side litigation matters
- Knowledge of eDiscovery software and proficiency with e-filing (state and federal)
- Can hit the ground running with all aspects of trial prep as well as document organization and production
- Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule and overtime when needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage databases for discovery, tracking and documents
- Draft a variety of legal documents
- Legal research and summarizing information if required
- eDiscovery
- e-File documents – State and Federal
- Assist with all tasks related to trials, arbitrations and depositions
- Point of contact for attorneys, clients, vendors, internal lines of business and court personnel
- Handling ad hoc projects
