Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a reputable national law firm that is highly respected. This is a full time, permanent position, 35-hour work week, in office 3 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, up to $115,000 plus a sign on bonus !
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 7-10+ years of legal experience – preferably supporting Shareholders and Partners with large books of business
- Extensive experience with generating table of contents and table of authorities
- Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
- Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, travel plans, and assisting with invoices/billings
- Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
