Business Immigration Paralegal – (Remote)

An established law firm is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join their team! This position is fully remote, full‑time, offers excellent benefits, and competitive compensation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience, preferably with PERM matters. This individual is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of employment‑based immigration cases while working independently in a remote environment.

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

Job Duties:

• Prepare and file employment‑ and family‑based immigration petitions and applications, including PERM, I‑140s, and NIV filings
• Gather, organize, and maintain supporting documentation and case materials
• Draft forms, correspondence, and supporting statements for attorney review
• Communicate with clients, employers, and government agencies as needed
• Track case progress and manage deadlines using immigration case management systems
• Work closely with attorneys and supervising paralegals to ensure timely and accurate filings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience (PERM experience strongly preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems

Salary range: $65k-$80k, depending on experience.
