A sophisticated mid-size firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join its growing practice group. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working on complex matters, taking ownership of cases, and contributing to a collaborative litigation team.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting, with excellent research and writing skills and hands-on experience managing all phases of discovery. Deposition experience is strongly preferred, and in-court experience is a plus.
The associate can expect to work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including complex commercial litigation, policyholder-side insurance coverage, construction, healthcare, privacy, white collar, investigations, and regulatory matters.
The firm offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with a 1800 hour billable expectation.
