Beacon Hill Legal seeks Personal Injury Litigation Paralegals with 3+ years of personal injury plaintiff experience for a direct-hire opportunity supporting a Shareholder with a law firm based in Mechanicsville, VA!
Qualified candidates will have experience with all phases of litigation. Must be skilled in the following:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
- Coordinating with clients to gather information and confirm medical treatment.
- Managing expert witness designations and trial preparation.
- Scheduling depositions, hearings, and trial-related meetings, tracking court deadlines, and handling e-filing across state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Managing litigation calendars, auditing liens (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, workers’ compensation), and working within a case management system.
