Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Virginia barred attorney for a contract-to-hire Associate Attorney role with a growing law firm based in Norfolk, VA!
The Associate Attorney will join their Creditors’ Rights practice.
This position is fully on-site in Norfolk, Virginia.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice in VA (active/ in good standing). MD and NC bar licenses are a plus.
- Civil litigation experience in Virginia.
- Experience with creditor’s rights, real estate, title, bankruptcy, and/or debt collections law strongly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the firm’s Virginia attorneys and the broader Collections department
- Motions practice and/or trial experience a plus.
