Beacon Hill Legal is staffing a contract-to-hire Transactional Legal Assistant role for a growing law firm’s Norfolk VA office!
We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience supporting attorneys in corporate, real estate, and/or trust and estates law!
- This role provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to senior partners, including calendaring, project and document management, drafting and revising correspondence and agreements, preparing corporate records and filings, and coordinating communications with clients and internal teams.
- Additional responsibilities include managing billing and receivables, maintaining electronic and physical client files, preparing presentations and reports, conducting research, organizing corporate entities and related filings, and handling logistical tasks such as mail, deliveries, and closing materials.
