Conflicts Analyst

Cincinnati – Hybrid

Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an experienced Conflicts Analyst. This hybrid role supports attorneys and legal staff by conducting conflicts searches, maintaining records, and preparing detailed conflicts reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and analyzing conflicts searches
  • Preparing and distributing conflicts reports
  • Maintaining and updating conflicts databases
  • Linking related parties to clients and matters
  • Responding to conflicts-related research requests

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of conflicts or legal records experience
  • Strong understanding of conflicts search criteria and processes
  • Experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
