Conflicts Analyst
Cincinnati – Hybrid
Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an experienced Conflicts Analyst. This hybrid role supports attorneys and legal staff by conducting conflicts searches, maintaining records, and preparing detailed conflicts reports.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting and analyzing conflicts searches
- Preparing and distributing conflicts reports
- Maintaining and updating conflicts databases
- Linking related parties to clients and matters
- Responding to conflicts-related research requests
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of conflicts or legal records experience
- Strong understanding of conflicts search criteria and processes
- Experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
