Beacon Hill is staffing a Director of Marketing position for a notable law firm in Richmond, VA. The role will lead marketing, communications, and business development initiatives, working closely with firm leadership to drive brand strategy, oversee multi-channel marketing programs, support proposals and client development efforts, and manage events and communications.
Requirements:
- Prior legal/law firm marketing experience required
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
