Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Operations Quality Analyst. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) may be based in any of the following Virginia offices: Richmond, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Mechanicsville, Fredericksburg, Stafford, or Charlottesville.
About the Role:
This position ensures high-quality case management and compliance with firm standards. The analyst partners with attorneys, training staff, and leadership to audit work, train team members, and improve litigation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train litigation paralegals and legal assistants
- Conduct 90-day and ongoing performance check-ins
- Audit case files and review work for accuracy and compliance
- Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and legal teams
- Monitor and improve case management processes
- Provide reporting and recommendations to leadership
- Travel to offices as needed for training and audits
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 10+ years of paralegal/legal assistant experience (5+ in litigation)
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
- Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Paralegal certification or degree preferred
